Gentle Grounding: Chair Yoga is a slow, supportive practice designed for anyone who needs rest, steadiness, and a gentle return to the body. Using simple movements, breath, and moments of stillness, we create space to soften tension, feel supported, and reconnect with a sense of ease.
This class is especially welcoming for those navigating grief, stress, illness, fatigue, or emotional heaviness. No experience is needed, and all bodies are welcome. You are invited to come exactly as you are.
